These terms govern use of stabletown.xyz, operated by Stabletown LLC ("Stabletown"). By using the site you accept them.
Planning tools, not advice
The site's content and tools — including the Stabletown Diagnostic, Builder, Field Lab, estimators, and published papers — are planning models and educational material. They are illustrative, rely on assumptions and information you provide, and do not constitute legal, tax, investment, accounting, or municipal advisory advice, nor an offer of securities. Nothing on this site performs live issuance, custody, or movement of funds; any regulated activity is executed by qualified third-party partners under separate agreements.
Purchases and engagements
Paid services such as the Local Dollars Launch Workshop are governed by the terms presented at checkout and in the applicable engagement letter, including scheduling, refund, and pilot-credit terms. Pricing shown on the pricing page covers Stabletown's services; community incentive pools are funded separately and are not Stabletown revenue.
Content and trademarks
Site content, templates, and frameworks belong to Stabletown or its licensors. You may share links and reasonable excerpts with attribution; do not republish substantial portions commercially without permission.
No warranty; limitation
The site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stabletown disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Liability related to a paid engagement is addressed in that engagement's terms.
