Planning tools, demonstrations, and published material

The site's content and tools — including the Stabletown Diagnostic, Local Dollars Builder, Demo Town, Field Lab, estimators, and Stabletown Papers — are product demonstrations, planning tools, models, or educational material unless expressly stated otherwise. Seeded or demonstration data is not customer activity, production transaction volume, investment performance, or a promise of program outcomes.

No legal, financial, or regulated advice

Website content does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, banking, municipal-advisory, underwriting, brokerage, or other regulated professional advice; a recommendation to buy or sell a security; or an offer or solicitation of securities. Issuers, sponsors, institutions, investors, and other parties should use their own qualified professionals for decisions requiring those roles.

Financial and regulated boundaries

This public website does not itself issue currency or stablecoins, hold customer deposits, custody customer funds or securities, operate a bank account for a Local Dollars program, underwrite or place securities, act as a broker-dealer or municipal advisor, or execute a securities transaction. Stabletown's application-level ledger or evidence record is not, by itself, a bank ledger, custodial account, or official securities record maintained by a regulated provider.

A future customer deployment may connect to payment, banking, identity, stable-value, custody, settlement, or capital-market infrastructure supplied by third parties. Responsibilities, funds flow, custody, regulated execution, and records in such a deployment are determined by the actual architecture and the agreements with the providers and qualified professionals engaged for that deployment — not by a diagram, demonstration, or contemplated integration on this website.

Purchases, program funding, and engagements

Certain Stabletown services, such as the Local Dollars Launch Workshop, may be purchased through a third-party checkout. The applicable checkout terms, proposal, statement of work, or engagement letter governs the purchased service, including any scheduling, refund, credit, or scope terms. Pricing shown on the pricing page describes Stabletown fees unless expressly stated otherwise.

A sponsor or incentive pool, resident benefit, merchant payment, project capital, grant, security proceeds, or other program funding is not automatically Stabletown revenue. Stabletown fees and funds intended for participants, merchants, projects, or regulated transactions must be treated as separate economic lines according to the actual engagement and funds-flow architecture.

Third-party programs, providers, and links

The site may cite independent community programs as category evidence or link to third-party services and providers. Unless expressly stated, those examples are not Stabletown customers, pilots, partners, endorsements, or guarantees of comparable results. Technical compatibility, an adapter, a sandbox or testnet result, a meeting, or a contemplated provider does not by itself establish a commercial partnership or production integration. Third-party sites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Your submissions

You are responsible for information you submit through the website and should not provide confidential information, credentials, private keys, sensitive personal data, or third-party information you are not authorized to share. You grant Stabletown the rights reasonably necessary to process a submission, respond to it, provide requested materials or services, and operate the related workflow, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Content and trademarks

Site content, software demonstrations, diagrams, templates, frameworks, trademarks, and other materials belong to Stabletown or their respective licensors. You may share links and reasonable excerpts with attribution. Do not copy, republish, sell, or commercially exploit substantial portions without permission or another applicable legal right.

No warranty; limitation

The public site and its planning material are provided "as is" and may change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stabletown disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the public site. Liability, warranties, service levels, and remedies for a paid engagement are governed by that engagement's applicable agreement.
