How communities start

Start with one local-commerce node. Expand from proof.

Stabletown's first commercial motion is deliberately staged: model the program, make the deployment decisions, launch a bounded Local Dollars node, measure what happened, and then reuse the same merchant and participant network for additional applications.

All prices are in USD. Where a range is shown, final scope is agreed before work begins. Stabletown's fees cover deployment design, software, configuration, operations, and reporting as specified in the engagement. Incentive pools that fund participant or merchant value are budgeted separately and are not Stabletown revenue.

Local-commerce adoption lifecycle

The first campaign establishes the node. The business relationship can continue beyond it.

Local Dollars Builder

Create an illustrative program concept around your geography, owner, sponsor or funding source, participants, merchant network, earning or distribution logic, spending rules, desired behavior, and measurement.

$1,500

Local Dollars Launch Workshop

A facilitated 90-minute deployment-design session that produces a launch-node blueprint, three-scenario economics model, recruitment kit, measurement plan, and explicit launch/revise/stop decision. The full fee is credited toward a qualifying node launch begun within 90 days.

$15,000–$25,000

Initial node launch

A managed first deployment: coalition and sponsor formation, program configuration, merchant recruitment and onboarding, participant distribution, rail coordination, operations, measurement, and sponsor-ready reporting. A typical initial launch may pair this Stabletown engagement with a separate $50,000–$150,000+ incentive pool funded by the program owner or sponsors. Incentive funds are not Stabletown revenue.

Scoped after proof

Ongoing network operations and expansion

Keep the local node active and reuse it for additional sponsor campaigns, participant cohorts, employer or visitor programs, targeted incentives, and other applications. Ongoing software, operations, reporting, and any transaction-dependent economics are scoped to the actual deployment rather than implied by the Workshop fee.

Existing community-card, wallet, payment, or acceptance infrastructure may remain in place when it fits. Stabletown is paid for the program and network layer around those rails: sponsor economics, merchant and participant configuration, rules, operations, evidence, and expansion into additional use cases. Advanced: community-finance readiness

For issuers, advisors, and real civic projects with a financing workflow to solve

These engagements are not a second default starting path for every Stabletown customer. They are advanced, fixed-scope work for qualified public-finance situations where the issuer and its regulated professionals remain responsible for the activities they perform today.

$5,000–$10,000

Public Finance Readiness Review

A fixed-scope paid readiness engagement for an issuer, advisor, or civic project with a real financing question: project and capital-stack framing, stakeholder and qualified-partner map, workflow friction, reporting requirements, and an implementation roadmap.

$50,000–$85,000

Standard Community Finance Pilot

A bounded 60–120 day workflow pilot against one testable hypothesis: project data room, disclosure workflow, partner coordination, and measured cycle-time results.

$85,000–$150,000+

Complex Community Finance Pilot

Multi-stakeholder or multi-instrument work involving layered capital stacks, demand evidence, regulated-partner orchestration, or more complex financing-readiness requirements.

Community-finance pricing is fixed-scope — never a spread, basis-point, or issuance-success fee. Stabletown is not an underwriter, placement agent, broker-dealer, bond counsel, or municipal advisor; regulated execution routes through qualified partners.

Ready for the deployment-design step?

The Launch Workshop is the first paid Local Dollars engagement.

If you already have a plausible program owner, use case, sponsor or funding path, and merchant network in mind, move into launch design. If those pieces are still fuzzy, build the program first and bring the brief back when the coalition is more concrete.

Node launches and ongoing operations are scoped after the Workshop. Need an invoice, purchase order, or unusual procurement path? Talk with Stabletown.
